TURKEY FLAT STEEL: Mills expected to increase May-rolling HRC prices

Domestic prices for hot-rolled coil (HRC) in Turkey have been largely unchanged over the past week, but mills are likely to raise their offers for May-production material, sources told Metal Bulletin on Friday February 16.
