TURKEY LONG STEEL: Local rebar, billet prices keep climbing despite limited demand

Turkish domestic rebar and billet prices continued to rise this week in response to rising deep-sea scrap costs, although demand for steel was weak due to the seasonal slowdown in the country's construction sector.
