Turkish steelmaker Colakoglu Metallurgy, until now a producer of rebar and hot-rolled coil, has started to produce special-grade hot-rolled flat stainless steel at its facility in Kocaeli, chief executive officer Ugur Dalbeler told Fastmarkets this week.
