TURKEY STEEL BILLET: Import prices rise on higher CIS offers; domestic, export values down

Turkish imported billet prices have gone up on higher offers from CIS suppliers, while domestic and export billet prices have gone down amid weak demand over the past week, sources said on Thursday June 28.
