TURKEY STEEL BILLET: Prices down on limited demand

Turkish billet prices have gone down over the past week due to sluggish demand resulting from the impact of the Covid-19 outbreak and the upcoming Islamic holy month of Ramadan, sources said on Wednesday April 22.
