TURKEY STEEL PIPE EXPORTS: Surging material costs put more pressure on prices

Turkish steel pipe export prices have increased over the past week in line with the rising cost of pipemaking raw materials, market participants told Fastmarkets on Wednesday April 14.

Fastmarkets' monthly price assessment for steel structural pipe, export, S235JR grade, EN10219, 2mm wall thickness, fob main port Turkey, was $950-960 per tonne on Wednesday, up from $840-850 per tonne on March 10.
