ANKARA, Nov 1 (Reuters) - Turkey's Treasury said on Thursdayit expected 2019 domestic borrowing to increase to 153.9 billionlira ($27.56 billion) from 132.4 this year, and to boost itsexternal borrowing to 45.1 billion lira ($8.08 billion).Domestic debt was seen at 164.6 billion lira, while externaldebt service was seen at 60.2 billion lira for 2019, theTreasury said in a statement. It also said it planned to issuegold bond and gold indexed lease certificates in 2019.
