UK competition authority orders EMR to sell 5 scrap yards

The UK Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) has ordered European Metal Recycling (EMR) to sell five of the scrap metal waste yards that it bought from Metal Waste Recycling (MWR) because of concerns about reduced competition.
