SASKATCHEWAN - Fission Uranium Corp. of Kelowna, B.C., has received assays from three of the highest grade holes drilled to date at its Patterson Lake South project in the Athabasca Basin. The holes were drilled in the R780E zone as part of a metallurgical study that will be included in the preliminary economic assessment.

The three holes and their key intervals are:

Hole PLS17-MET-C108.0 metres at 8.46% uranium dioxide, including 9.0m at 12.69% and 23.0 metres at 15.43% and 8.5 metres at 27.66%.21.5 metres at 1.90% U3O8, including 8.5 metres at 4.17%.Hole PLS17-MET-E65.5 metres at 3.40% U3O8,, including 8.0 metres at 22.28% and 2.5 metres at 8.26%.Hole PLS17-MET-W45.55 metres at 1.88% U3O8, including 1.0 metres at 19.19% and 5.0 metres at 6.64%.22.5 metres at 1.40% U3O8,including 1.5 metres at 7.59% and 1.5 metres at 8.97%.

Metallurgical testing so far from the Triple R deposit has indicated high recovery, short leach times using low acid concentrations and temperatures, little contamination, and potentially low grinding power usage.
