SASKATCHEWAN - Fifteen kilometres from the rapidly advancing Wheeler River project, Vancouver's Skyharbour Resources is finding high grades at the Moore uranium project.
Drill hole ML18-14 intersected high grade uranium mineralization within the Main Maverick zone consisting of 3.11% uranium oxide over 1.8 metres within an interval of 15.2 metres containing 0.56% uranium oxide. This is one of the broadest zones discovered at the property and occurs from 264.5 metres to 279.7 metres downhole, largely within the underlying basement rocks, said the Vancouver-based company.
Skyharbour secured an option to acquire the Moore property from Denison Mines in June 2016. Skyharbour agreed to issue 18 million common shares and make cash payments over five years totaling $500,000 to Denison. Skyharbour also agreed to incur $3.5 million in exploration expenses over the same period, at which time Skyharbour will have a 100% interest in the Moore project.
