Ferrous scrap exports from the United States fell in December but finished 2019 stronger than the prior year, according to US Census Bureau data.
December shipmentsHigher ferrous scrap deliveries to Canada and Turkey in December were not enough to offset steep declines elsewhere, such as Bangladesh, versus the prior month.
