Hot-rolled coil prices in the United States have remained below $25 per hundredweight due to uncertainty in the market and muted buying activity.

Fastmarkets' daily steel hot-rolled coil index, fob mill US was calculated at $24.92 per hundredweight ($498.40 per short ton) on Wednesday April 15, up by 0.6% from $24.78 per cwt on Tuesday April 14 and up by 2.2% from $24.38 per cwt a week earlier on...
