Fastmarkets' daily steel hot-rolled coil index, fob mill US was calculated at $75.43 per cwt ($1,508.60 per ton) on Friday April 30, up by 2.91% from $73.30 per cwt on Thursday April 29 and by 5.22% from $71.69 per cwt one week earlier.
