The United States' steel import licenses climbed in June to the highest level since January 2020, according to government figures.
The US was licensed to import 2.66 million tonnes of steel in June, up 16.01% from 2.29 million tonnes in May, according to data from the US International Trade Administration's steel import monitoring system.
