After concluding five-year sunset reviews, the United States International Trade Commission (ITC) has voted to extend anti-dumping (AD) duties on imports of cut-to-length carbon steel plate from China, Russia and Ukraine.
"Revoking the existing anti-dumping duty orders... would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time," the ITC wrote on Monday June 7.
