USD is outperforming gold

The above chart shows daily price action of USDOLLAR:XAUUUSD. The ratio’s orange 13-day EMA has crossed above the black 34-day EMA (red ellipse). This effectively puts the EMAs into a bullish formation. I.e. the green 5-day EMA > the orange 13-day EMA > the black 34-day EMA. This is indicative that the greenback is outperforming the precious metal.
