USW lays out guidelines for right to refuse work process

The United Steelworkers (USW) is the largest private-sector union in North America, with more than 225,000 members in Canada. The USW is Canada's most diverse union, representing men and women working in every sector of the economy.

Many union members are still onthe job during the pandemic.

The Right to Refuse unsafe workis a core element of workplace health and safety is an individual right ofworkers, and the process is different in every province.
