Venkatakrishnan takes over as Vedanta CEO amid restructure

Srinivasan Venkatakrishnan was to take up his duties as the new chief executive officer of Vedanta Resources on Friday August 31, replacing interim CEO Kuldip Kaura, according to a company statement issued on the same date.
