Vietnam's Formosa Ha Tinh hikes HRC offers by $40 per tonne on higher production costs

Major Vietnamese integrated steel producer Formosa Ha Tinh Steel has increased its new hot-rolled coil offers by $40 per tonne for April-delivery and shipment cargoes due to the recent increases in raw materials costs.

The producer's SAE1006 HRC is now on offer at $535 per tonne on a cif basis, up $40 per tonne from $495 per tonne cif for iMarch-shipment materials. And its SS400 and pipemaking-grade HRC is on offer at $525 per tonne cif, up $40 per tonne month on month from $485 per tonne cif.The steelmakers offers for higher-grade SPHT3, S235JR, SG255 and SS490 HRC have increased to $555 per tonne cif, up $40 per tonne...
