We walked up to the demo point, the counter protesters were blocking it, so I tried speaking to them. They were vile from the start, I said something in the heat of the moment, which then resulted in people throwing punches and kick's. Wherever you agree with what I said or not, I didn't deserve that, when you've got a gang of people trying to do you in, you are going to retaliate, I did this with words. The Police officer that prevented them did a brilliant job.Whether I'd said anything or not, the Antifa mob would of still attacked us. The woman I started speaking to with blonde hair at the start was jailed for 12 months for violent disorder in July 2016.
