We're still well below what's "normal" in metals sector, says fund manager

While some capital has flowed back into mining sector following this year's price rally, levels are still not "normal" compared to previous years, and especially compared to competing industries, this according to Patrick Chidley, partner of 3ppm.
"Although we're past the lowest point in terms of deal raises in Canada, I think that we're still well below sort of a normalized level," Chidley told Kitco News on the sidelines of the 121 Mining Conference in New York.
