Wednesday on INK Ultra Money: After a relief rally what's next?

By Ted Dixon / April 08, 2020 / www.canadianinsider.com / Article Link

We have taken the next step to build out INK Research to help you make better investment decisions. We have launched INK Research Chat, a community forum for us to exchange investment insights, ideas, questions and answers. Membership in the forum is at the discretion of INK and is by invitation only, intended primarily for paying INK Subscribers and members of the Canadian Insider Research Club. In the days ahead, Club members can expect an invite to the forum via email so please watch for that.

To get the discussion going, INK Research Chat will focus on the INK Ultra Money channel starting points:

Stock ideas Investment strategy Innovation Policy disruption

I will be in those groups to add my follow-ups on INK reports as well as thoughts on critical ideas contained in Real Vision episodes. Real Vision was built to give investors the straight goods about the state of markets and economy. It will be an invaluable resource for all of us in the weeks ahead. Indeed, on INK Ultra Money today, Raoul Pal answers the question, after a relief rally what's next?

In another no punches held interview today, Pal returns in his role as founder of Global Macro Investor to update Real Vision members on his ever-evolving macro framework. He lays out his case that COVID-19 may be the catalyst for a multiphase unfolding of the entire global economic system and argues that we are still in the first phase of panic and liquidity. The second and third phases of correction and insolvency are possibly still to come and would take years to complete. Although Raoul describes a truly catastrophic potential scenario, he closes on the hopeful note that this unfolding would be a much-needed reset, and that there is plenty of room to hide in asset classes like U.S. treasuries, dollars, gold, and bitcoin.

Who isn't going to go bust?
